Products, prices and ordering

Review product details, sizes, colours and materials before ordering. Prices, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. You can check and correct your basket before placing an order that requires payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. A confirmation is sent to the email address you provide; retain it with the terms that apply to your order.

Availability and offers

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund amounts due for goods not supplied. Each promotion is subject to its displayed conditions. Discounts do not reduce statutory cancellation or guarantee rights.

Delivery, cancellation and guarantees

Delivery and returns policies form part of the contractual information. The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days. Goods are covered by applicable statutory conformity rights, including a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods in the EU, without prejudice to stronger local protections. Depending on the legal conditions, remedies include free repair or replacement, followed by a price reduction or ending the contract where applicable.

Complaints and consumer protection

Send complaints to support@mozef.com. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. No term excludes statutory rights or imposes an exclusive court contrary to consumer jurisdiction rules. Later changes to these terms do not alter completed contracts.
