Destinations and delivery times

We prepare your order within 1–2 days. Once dispatched, the stated delivery time is 7–30 days, depending on the destination and items. These periods are separate: allow approximately 8–32 days from placing your order. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Contact support@mozef.com if an issue affects your delivery.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs €7 for orders below €79 to the European destinations we serve, including all 27 EU countries. Standard delivery is free from €79 after discounts. Rates outside Europe and any conversion into your currency are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. The total and taxes collected are displayed before payment. Any additional import duties or charges applicable to your destination must be disclosed before ordering; please contact us if you are unsure.

Tracking and separate parcels

An order may arrive in separate parcels. Available tracking details are provided with the dispatch confirmation. Check your delivery address carefully and email support@mozef.com promptly if it needs correcting.

Delayed or missing deliveries

Contact support@mozef.com for help. MOZEF remains responsible for handling your order and delivery enquiries; you are not required to settle the dispute with the carrier yourself. Statutory remedies for delay or non-delivery remain available. Risk normally passes when you physically receive the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
